We pride ourselves on our genuinely caring staff and outstanding level of hospitality. From the reassurance of support with tasks that have become more difficult, to the convenience of having local restaurant or events bookings arranged for you, we are on hand to make life at Boughton Hall as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Support where it’s needed

We work with owners / occupiers to ensure they can remain at home and independent for as long as possible. 1½ hours’ domestic assistance is included within the monthly fee. If extra domestic assistance is required, additional hours by our general assistants can be purchased by arrangement.

Assisted Living – Should the need arise for personal or domiciliary care, we can help arrange this according to your needs, whether from a CQC registered agency we recommend or another of your choice. Such care services are not covered by the monthly fee and agreements will be between the service provider and the recipient, who is responsible for associated costs.

Tailored to you

All our properties are specifically designed to accommodate mobility or visibility issues. Homes can be individually adapted, if required, and we will be there to help with the process, from obtaining quotes for you to overseeing the work to a satisfactory conclusion.

Our dedicated team is part of what makes Boughton Hall so special. Our friendly but professional staff build long-lasting relationships with our owners/occupiers, with our managers, administration staff and general assistants providing 24-hour help and support whenever it is required. Chefs, catering, ground and maintenance and sales staff also make up the team helping to maintain Boughton Hall’s unique and luxurious environment.
