Our Assisted Move Scheme enables you to reserve a luxurious new property at one of our villages whilst we then help you sell your property.
Effortless move management
Take advantage of the scheme and, on your behalf, we will:
- Research the local housing market in your area.
- Call local agents to arrange three valuations of your property on your behalf, to arrive at a price designed to get your property under offer.
- Keep in contact with your selected agent on a regular basis, monitoring the effectiveness of their marketing material and process, to ensure a sale is achieved within a reasonable time.
We can also put you in touch with independent financial advisers, who can discuss with you ways of raising additional funding, if required.
Seamless sale support
Once you have a buyer, we will:
- Help you instruct your choice of conveyancer.
- Regularly check with all parties how the sale is progressing.
