A one-night stay in one of our fully-equipped, furnished guest suites is the ideal way to get a real experience of life in a Freedom Living retirement village.
Our guest suites are fully representative of the level of luxury you can expect from our properties, and all village facilities and events will be open to you, giving you the opportunity to meet some of your potential neighbours.
How it works
When you arrive, you will be welcomed by a member of the team, who will show you around and ensure that you have everything you need to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. You will have the chance to join in with any events taking place, such as quiz nights, coffee mornings and musical events. Complimentary breakfast will be provided on the morning following your overnight stay. Our villages offer the privacy and independence of a self-contained home and the sociability and security of a village community. Try Before You Buy* provides the opportunity to discover this special lifestyle for yourself.
The process of visiting and deciding to move here was very smooth. I came several times to see my son in the area, and then did the 'try before you buy' stay overnight, which was really useful to get a feel for the place. After that, I had no hesitation in putting down a deposit on an apartment.

If you fancy a cup of tea in the afternoon, just ring somebody up or see a friend and say, 'Shall I see you at four o'clock in the lounge or the library?' Someone will bring you a tray of tea. It's those little touches that make life here so pleasant.

A Try Before You Buy stay must be booked in advance with the sales team at your village of choice or by completing the form on this webpage. The experience includes one complimentary night in our guest suite or dedicated Try Before You Buy suite depending on availability with breakfast included. Further social opportunities and activities may be organised during your stay at the discretion of the sales team. Also available to customers who are considering renting.
