Following the Chancellor’s Budget Statement yesterday, the Stamp Duty Holiday has been extended until 30th June 2021.

All our retirement properties under £500,000 are now exempt from Stamp Duty; this equates to a maximum saving of £15,000. After this date, the Stamp Duty Holiday changes again and all our retirement properties under £250,000 will be exempt from Stamp Duty until September 2021.
