Cheshire Blood Bikes Donation

Cheshire Blood Bikes staff on a motorbike with Boughton Hall residents

Last month Steve Hunter from Shropshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire Blood Bikes came to Boughton Hall retirement village to say thank you for our charitable donation of £1,200 which was raised from our weekly bonus ball. The amount will keep their bike named ‘Denman’ on the road for four months. In total, they need £85,000 to operate for just one year and rely solely on donations. Donations like ours mean the bike can transport not only any blood products but also human breast milk, tissue samples and fetal matter transplants to hospitals across the county. Steve will hopefully be coming back to do a talk on all the great work they do.
