Stamp Duty Holiday Extended!

The Stamp Duty Holiday has been extended until 30th June 2021.

All our Boughton Hall retirement properties under £500,000 are now exempt from Stamp Duty; this equates to a maximum saving of £15,000. To benefit from this offer, you will need to complete on the purchase by 30th June 2021.
