ERL’s spectacular upcoming retirement village, Mount Battenhall, Worcester

ERL is delighted to have received planning permission for its next retirement community, offering luxurious accommodation and contemporary facilities at one of Worcester’s most historic landmarks. The elegant Italianate-style 19th century mansion – the former Battenhall Mount and later St Mary’s Convent School – will be sensitively restored to create three new villas within the seven-acre site, providing 100 stylish properties alongside a range of amenities including a library, restaurant, lounge and bar, hair and beauty salon, gym, and craft room. Support and care will be available when needed through the 24-hour on-site team.

The first properties at Mount Battenhall will be available in 2019.
