Mindfulness and Wellbeing Event at Mount Battenhall

Mount Battenhall Sales team hosted an event based on the theme of Mindfulness and Wellbeing. A relaxing mood was created with atmospheric diffusers, light healthy refreshments, and aromatic teas were made available for the 20 guests to enjoy. Two hours of relaxation techniques including crystal therapy was delivered to our guests by a local professional followed by a Q+A session.
