Enterprise Retirement Living would like to announce the opening of our show home in the Stable building at Mount Battenhall in Worcester.

The first homeowners will be moving in Spring next year into the first phase of the development which will include all the communal facilities. Because of the huge amount of local interest, we would like to open the door to our show home some to allow people to see this magnificent village.

The development is a collection of 106 one and two-bedroom apartments for the over-60s with the first phase comprising 19 unique one and two-bedroom apartments.

They include fully fitted kitchens, built-in fridge freezer and hob and an oven at an easy-reach height.

Anyone interested can book a slot for a tour, with a range of Covid-19 safety measures in place, for up to two friends or family members.

The team will be on-hand to answer any questions visitors may have and information packs will also be available.

With the show home now officially opening, interested purchasers can see for themselves the layout and design of the apartments as well as the attention to detail and high quality they can expect from Enterprise Retirement Living. At the moment buyers can also save money thanks to the temporary stamp duty holiday.
