Our staff go out of their way to provide an exceptional level of hospitality which is focused on each individual’s needs, whether that be arranging tickets to the theatre or accommodation for friends and family, or physical help with tasks that have become more difficult.
Support where it’s needed
We work with owners / occupiers to ensure they can remain at home and independent for as long as possible. 1½ hours’ domestic assistance is included within the monthly fee. If extra domestic assistance is required, additional hours by our general assistants can be purchased by arrangement.
Assisted Living – Should the need arise for personal or domiciliary care, we can help arrange this according to your needs, whether from a CQC registered agency we recommend or another of your choice. Such care services are not covered by the monthly fee and agreements will be between the service provider and the recipient, who is responsible for associated costs.
Tailored to you
All our properties are specifically designed to accommodate mobility or visibility issues. Homes can be individually adapted, if required, and we will be there to help with the process, from obtaining quotes for you to overseeing the work to a satisfactory conclusion.
The team
Our team includes a General Manager, Duty Managers, administration staff and general assistants who are on hand 24 hours a day acting as your point of contact for support and assistance, as well as our chefs and catering, grounds and maintenance staff. At ERL we pride ourselves on our approachable but professional staff who build genuine, long-lasting relationships with our owners/occupiers.
