A transparent approach to service charges at The Red House
The Red House not only provides luxurious homes in beautiful surroundings, but also the amenities for a full and active lifestyle, with stylish social areas offering superb facilities including a restaurant, library, lounge, gym, salon and guest accommodation.
Clearly these benefits need to be funded and, whilst The Law Commission recently criticised some developers for hiding fees in complex leases, as an ARCO member ERL seeks to provide an entirely transparent explanation of our fees to potential residents.
The Yorkshire Post recently endorsed The Red House for our up front approach to fees, saying: “The Red House website is transparent about event fees, which range from six to ten per cent. There are also examples of what fee percentages equate to in pounds sterling.”
