ERL’s first apprentice

Weronika, one of the chefs at The Red House, has become our first apprentice, gaining experience both onsite preparing delicious meals in the restaurant kitchen and through funded external training and assessment. ERL wishes her well in her endeavours and hopes she has a long and happy career with us.
