First occupant settles in at The Red House

Our very first property owner was delighted to receive the key to her brand new apartment earlier this month. Miss Sylvia Foxton moved into another property on the development whilst hers was being finalised, enabling her to see works progressing for herself, and experience her beautiful home come to fruition.

Pictured cutting the ribbon to the classically designed Jervaulx Building, where her elegant two-bedroom apartment is located, Miss Foxton has been a positive and enthusiastic customer. She was even inspired to write a poem, which she called A Moving Experience, the last verse of which sums up ERL’s commitment to the purchasers of its properties:

When problems arise one is certain that nothing will ever faze
The management team — so helpful — I shower you all with praise.
And for handy ‘handyman’ Keith I have nothing but admiration;
All problems solved with expertise, not matter what the situation.
My patience at last is rewarded. And these last two months have just flown
As I embark on a new adventure, and enter a life unknown!!

Heidi and the team wish Sylvia all the best in enjoying a happy and fulfilling retirement at The Red House!
