Show Home and Marketing Suite Opening

Our new Show Home, The Lodge, which will be one of the first properties to be completed, will also become our Marketing Suite and will be opening in September this year.

A lovely two-bedroom, two-storey refurbished existing building, The Lodge is just one of eight cottages on the development. The remainder are new-build apartments ranged around The Red House itself, which will house the communal facilities and form the heart of the community.

Located in the cathedral city of Ripon, a borough of Harrogate, our development will be surrounded by buildings with history ranging from the Viking period, through the Middle Ages and Tudor Times for you to visit and enjoy. Alternatively, if you would prefer to do something a bit livelier, then a market day is held on a Thursday and offers over 100 stalls for you to browse through.
