Meat pie at the red house

The owners at The Red House have been busy with numerous uplifting activities, despite the ongoing pandemic. They have been fond of our warm, homely pie and quiz nights; gathering all the owners together whilst respecting social distancing. Unfortunately, due to the announcement of the new lockdown, we will be unable to carry on the quizzes until December which means everyone will have to start practicing their Christmas knowledge! Whilst our owners are practicing their carols, we have our Stir-Up-Sunday where we have our traditional day making Christmas pudding; don’t forget to make a wish as you stir! I wonder what you are wishing for this year?

In light of all of this exciting news, we want to welcome our new Chef Mark, who is eager to share his talents. He has learnt many exotic cuisine techniques whilst travelling the world. Keep an eye out for some of the owner’s reviews on this website. Mark also has some other fascinating flairs such as his love for art, especially oils mainly focusing on portraits, which led him to have an ambition to have an art school in Spain! I wonder if he will be able to inspire and help us make our own Christmas cards this year?
